Terms of Use
The short version. Plenish helps you log and understand your own GLP-1 journey. It is not a medical device and doesn't give medical advice. Premium is a subscription you buy through your app store and can cancel there at any time.
These terms apply when you use Plenish on Android. On iPhone, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies instead. By using Plenish you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
Plenish is made by Thai Huy Nguyen, an independent developer (“we”, “us”). Contact: thaihuy15091992@gmail.com.
Not medical advice
Plenish records what you enter and shows estimates — for example nutrition goals, calories, medication-level curves and AI answers. These are general information and estimates, not measurements, diagnoses or treatment advice. Never change your medication, dose or diet based on Plenish alone; follow your healthcare provider. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Plenish on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), or use Plenish to break the law or to harm its service.
Plenish Premium
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. The price, billing period and any offer are shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before it renews.
- You can cancel at any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy.
Your content
What you log stays on your phone and belongs to you. You're responsible for keeping your phone and its backups safe — if you delete the app or erase your data, we can't recover it. Features that send data off your phone (such as the AI chat and meal photo recognition) are described in the Privacy Policy and only run when you use them.
Third-party services
Some features rely on others — food databases (FatSecret, USDA, Open Food Facts), the AI model provider (Anthropic) and Google Play. Their data can be incomplete or wrong, and their availability isn't under our control.
No warranty
Plenish is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its estimates are accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Changes and ending
We may update Plenish and these terms; we'll change the date above and note significant changes in the app's release notes. You can stop using Plenish at any time by deleting it (and canceling any subscription in Google Play).
