Subscriptions

How do I restore Premium on a new phone?

Open any Premium screen and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account (iPhone) or Google account (Android) you used to subscribe.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by your app store. On iPhone, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Plenish and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Google Play app › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Plenish and tap Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you paid: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google through the Google Play refund page.

Your data

Where is my data stored?

On your phone. Plenish has no account; your logs, photos and chats never sit on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for the features that send data off your phone.

How do I delete everything?

Go to Account › Personal details › Delete account. This erases everything Plenish stored on your device. It does not cancel a subscription (see above).

Can I move my data to a new phone?

On iPhone, restore from an iCloud or computer backup; Plenish data comes along with it. On Android, Google's app backup brings your logs along when you set up the new phone with the same Google account. Photos aren't included in that backup (Android caps each app's backup at 25 MB); a direct phone-to-phone transfer brings them too.

Using Plenish

Does Plenish tell me what dose to take?

No. Plenish records what you and your provider decide. It never suggests, calculates or adjusts a dose, and it isn't a medical device. Always follow your healthcare provider's guidance.

Where does the food data come from?

USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts (ODbL) and, for Premium, the fatsecret Platform API. Sources are listed in the app under Account › Data sources.
